Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for designs, code, and content created by Calilead remain the property of Calilead until full payment has been received. Upon payment, ownership and rights are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the project. Timely communication and feedback are essential for project progression.

Payment

Payment terms, including deposits, milestone payments, and final payments, are outlined in the project proposal or contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in project delays or suspension.

Project Scope Changes

Any changes or additional services outside the agreed project scope may incur additional fees or require a revised timeline. Such changes must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

Termination

Either party reserves the right to terminate a project or contract in the event of a breach of terms, failure to make payments, or other justifiable reasons. Any fees or payments owed up to the termination date are still applicable.

Liability

Calilead is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or consequential damages.
